Processing
We pack your order in 1-3 business days.
Delivery
Delivery takes 10-20 days after dispatch. Most orders arrive in the middle of that window. Customs checks and remote addresses can add a few days.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not moved in 10 days, email us and we will chase it.
Duties
Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the buyer's responsibility.
Wrong address
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will fix it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it.
