With zipper: you can open the cover onto the buckle. Without zipper: a plain hammock. Both are for a rear bench.
A waterproof hammock for the back seat, not a single bucket and not a crash-tested restraint. Straps go around the headrests. The cloth should sit on the cushion, not hang above it. The zipper option is how you reach the seat-belt buckle. The plain option is a continuous hammock.
Will it fit my car?
It is about 145 cm by 135 cm and is meant for a rear bench. It is not for two bucket seats with a gap between them.
Is it a safety harness?
No. It protects the seat. It does not restrain a dog in a crash.
How does it attach?
Clip the straps around the headrests and tighten until the cover rests on the seat.
